These General Terms and Conditions apply to all our offers, agreements and deliveries of Qnoop and contain important information for you as a buyer.

Definitions

Qnoop is based in Amsterdam and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under file number 60316869, trading as Qnoop. An agreement means any arrangement or agreement between Qnoop and the Client of which the General Terms and Conditions are an integral part.

Agreement

The Agreement is concluded at the moment you accept the offer of Qnoop subject to the conditions laid down by Qnoop. If you have accepted the offer by electronic means, Qnoop will confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer by email directly. Until such receipt of acceptance is confirmed, you will have the possibility to dissolve the Agreement.

Personal registration

In order to provide you with optimum service you can register on our website by using the registration form and the account log-in option. If asked to register a username and password we recommend to choose your user name and password carefully, as you are responsible for choosing a sufficiently reliable password. Qnoop cannot be held liable for any misuse of the login credentials and is always entitled to assume that the client who logs on to the Website is the party that it professes to be. You are responsible for and bear the full risk of any and all actions and transactions performed via your account.

Privacy

We only use your personal registered information for order processing and delivery purposes. We don’t share your personal information with third parties and your personal information is only accessible to Qnoop administrator accounts. For removal or modification requests of your personal data please contact us on service@qnoop.com.

Availability of stock items

The merchandise available on qnoop.com is subject to change. Despite our efforts to keep our stock up to date on our website, some items may be out of stock as you order them. In this case, we will contact you and if you wish refund in full your payment or send you another product to your liking.

Payment methods

You can pay the amounts due to Qnoop in accordance with the ordering procedure and any payment methods indicated on the Website. Qnoop is free to offer any payment method of its choice and may change these methods at any time. Discount codes on payments and giftcards are subject to the valid time-frame which is set by Qnoop.

Posted information

Qnoop can give no guarantee of the information’s accuracy contained on the website. Prices and other information on our website are subject to apparent typos and other (manual or system) mistakes. No rights may be derived from any incorrect or incomplete information.

Subscription

As soon as you’ve successfully completed this sign-up process and your payment is confirmed, your membership will begin and you will be shipped the first 3 pairs of Qnoop socks.

Every first month of a new quarter you will be shipped a new set (3 pairs) of Qnoop socks. Before shipping to you we will charge your credit card and wait for full payment confirmation. Once the fee has been charged at the start of each quarter, that charge is final and no refund is available. If payment is not confirmed Qnoop has the right to cancel the agreement. Before doing so you will be notified.

We’d hate to see you go, but if you cancel the subscription service it will be per direct and without any costs involved. You will not be shipped a new set (3 pairs) of Qnoop socks for the upcoming quarter. The subscription is valid for a full year, 4 quarters, 3 pairs per quarter, 12 pairs per year. After that, we’ll renew your contract automatically unless you cancel.
