Delivery

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days. Delivery times may take a little longer during public holidays. The delivery times (after dispatching) and delivery prices are:

The Netherlands & Belgium

  • 1 working day delivery (when ordered before 13h CET)*
  • Delivery is carried out by our fulfillment center and forwarding partners
  • Shipping and handling charges NL and Belgium 3,- euro
  • Free delivery from 3 pairs

* this is provided strikes or any other unforeseen circumstances at forwarding agents

Remaining European Union countries (EU)

  • 3-5 working days delivery
  • Delivery is carried out by our fulfillment center and forwarding partners
  • Shipping and handling charges Europe 5,- euro

Non-European Union countries

  • 5-7 working days delivery
  • The delivery is carried out by our fulfillment center and forwarding partners
  • Shipping and handling outside Europe 10,- euro

We strive to dispatch your order the day after your order latest. But your order will be dispatched no longer than 2 working days from the time you placed the order.

If you wish to ship back your order for either an exchange or refund or if you have a complaint please follow instructions below.

Exchange

Subject to availability you are always welcome to exchange your purchase for a different size or another item. Please send us an email to info@qnoop.com so we can put the item you wish aside for you. Please await confirmation before returning the unwanted product.

Shipping back to us is on your account. When we send out your exchange there is no additional shipping charge. All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in original condition, including packaging and labels. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in shipping back to us.

Returns

We want you to be happy with our socks. Therefore we offer a full refund on your order. Always, no time frame. Shipping back to us is on your account. Please return your purchase to below address:

Please include your original invoice with the package. We will refund the card that the original order was placed on within 3 days of receipt of the return. Depending on the card issuer the refund may take up longer, sometimes up to 10 days. *Items on sale cannot be returned.

Complaints

If you have a product or service complaint, we promise to make right what is wrong. Please send us an email to info@qnoop.com or contact us by phone 020-2148427. We will respond to the complaint as soon as possible and in any case within 3 days after having received it.
